A visit to Boston, whether you're there for the weekend or
for longer, won't be a vacation that you'll forget. There
are so many things to do and see in this fascinating city
that you'll wish you had more time to see it all.

Boston is one of those North American cities that is often
overlooked as being a city that holds little fun and
entertainment. However, this is where Boston creates much
surprise for many people since it ends up becoming a trip
that has a lot of charm and delight.

When you arrive in Boston one of the many places that you'll
want to visit is the Cambridge Antique Market. This market,
that covers four floors of a large building, is a treasure
for shoppers who are looking for collectibles and antiques
that won't be found at the mall. You'll be walking past
stalls that are selling all sorts of antiques such jewelry,
vases, glassware, fine china, and picture frames. Larger
items can also be found, including small tables and
sideboards.

Shopping is not just the best part of Boston. Boston has
one of the most wonderful array of restaurants in the world.
You can taste the famous delicacy of cornbread and baked
beans for which Boston is reputed the world over. Owing to
the rush and sea of clients, you need to book ahead at one
of the best restaurants so as to have a comfortable time.

Boston is home to several museums that house everything from
art to photography to modern sculpture. One of the most
often visited museums is the John F. Kennedy Museum, which
can be found within the walls of the JFK Library. This
museum is filled with exhibits and information about John
Kennedy, his presidency, and his assassination. You'll walk
away from the museum with a much better understanding of the
life of Kennedy.

If you happen to be in Boston when the weather is at its
best you won't want to miss taking a boat cruise along the
Cape Ann Marine Sanctuary. You can catch one of the many
cruises that make it way to the town of Essex, which can be
found 30 miles north from Boston. You'll see beautiful
scenery along the way that will make you glad that you
brought along your camera.

The town of Essex is a delight in itself and if you have
time for a quick visit make sure that you don't miss the
opportunity. Eat a fishy meal at one of several restaurants
that specialize in fish or stroll down the quiet streets
with an ice cream in your hand.

While in Boston, if you have time for a more whimsical
sightseeing trip, you may want to think about stopping at
the Cranberry World Visitor's Center. You'll find exhibits,
tours, and taste testing of the delicious cranberry, which
is grown in the nearby bogs of New England. After leaving
the Cranberry Center you'll know everything that you need to
know about the cranberry, including how to grow it.

Boston will make you want to visit again and again, as it is
a flourishing city with the right ambience that you have
always wanted to cherish. Make a trip to Boston to enjoy the
fun that you will never experience anywhere else.
