Reception is open 24 hours a day, and is staffed by multi-lingual personnel happy to advise on all aspects of your visit to the resort and the island, from dining or excursions to medical services. Internet stations and WiFi hotspots can also be found in the Reception lounge.

The Country Club provides a courtesy bus service to and from Los Cristianos beach, the main supermarkets, the popular shopping area in Las Americas and the beach at Playa del Duque.
